Hi, we are a niche recruitment consultancy focussing on international mid to senior recruiter for the financial/banking sector and planning to setup an India branch either in the Mumbai or Delhi region. I am currently looking for experienced recruiters and researchers with the following profiles:

Manager x 1: Candidate would be from a management background in recruitment with experience as a Senior Recruiter or Team Lead. Preferably MBA with at least 3-5 years of experience. Also interested in talking to candidates who are interested in partnerships. Experience of the Financial/banking sector is highly desired.

Consultants x 2: Consultants would be from a recruitment/headhunting background with 2-5 years experience. Experience in the Financial/IT & senior recruitment is a plus.

Researchers x 2: Researchers would be from a recruitment and/or customer sales/marketing environment. Strong experience in internet researching, cold-calling plus good organisational skills are required.
