Candidates should posses certain degree of passion towards recruiting.

Good knowledge of Technical Recruiting/ US Recruitments/ W2 – Benefited & Non Benefited/ Corp to Corp/ TN.

Should have handled direct US clients and live requirements. Should possess good communication skills, should be able to communicate with Account Managers and Business Development Managers and cater to their demands.

Should be able to work under extreme pressure.
Should be willing to work in night shifts.
Should possess lead experience and should be able to handle accounts independently. Candidates who have not handled direct clients need not apply.
