Any advice? I am looking to staff a sales force, primarily business to consumer sales to start. From examining competitive firms it looks as though there needs to be a constant strong flow of new recruits. Since with the nature of my business untill there are literally hundreds of salesman working the feild over staffing won't exist. How do you fill an office of 100% commision sales people?
