Has anyone had any experience recruiting for charitable organizations? Experience with recruiting for volunteer positions? Any tricks or suggestions? I am volunteering for a charitable organization in Ottawa Canada and we are trying to find professionals who can provide a couple of hours a month to support a charity. For charitable organizations finding and retaining talent is a critical thing. Anyone have any experiences or suggestions on how to find and recruit volunteers?
