I wanted to prose a question to the Sr. Recruiters that focus on Niche' industries:
Have you thought of starting your own Ship? If so why? If not; why?

I am doing a bit of research for my company. We are looking to grow and have a proven model that has been working for awhile but now find ourselves having a tough time finding the right talent or business partner.
