Job Title - Practice Development Executive
Potential to grow as Practice Development Manager in 6 – 9 months.

Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Technology or related
Field, or MBA. Previous Solution Selling experience is highly preferred, in lieu of which, MBAs will also be considered.
Experience - 1 to 3 years

Summary of Position:
Responsible for promoting Technosoft Corporation’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to new and existing clients in person and by phone. This is a great opportunity for an individual who desires to become involved in and learn about the global business phenomenon.
Practice Development Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining business in a specific practice by:
Thriving on driving the growth of business by acquiring new clients and developing existing client engagements;
Leveraging their relationship development & management abilities;
Effectively communicating their understanding of the offshore/onsite services model;
Applying their sales skills, including client interaction, presentation development & delivery, and proposal creation.
We envision that the candidate for this position will combine her/his basic solution sales capabilities with active on-the-job training (provided by Technosoft) to develop from Practice Development Executive to Practice Development Manager after 6 to 9 months.

Job Duties:
Primary responsibilities include the research and analysis of business opportunities, consistent with organization's long range and strategic plans. Responsible for managing new business and developing existing business. Ownership of sales strategy for identified and new accounts assigned. Overall ownership of client relationships and account management plans assigned. Coordination of implementation plan for all new clients engagement. Sales and marketing activities in other areas as needed. Extensive travel required. Other duties as assigned.
