Hello Everyone! I'm new to Recruitingblogs.com and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and my company--because what we do it a one off from most of the work you do! WTS International is a Leisure Management company- so we manage the day to day operations of spas, gyms, community clubhouses, and activity centers all across the country. So while most of you are recruiting accountants, or other type of staff- I spend my days look for Spa Directors, Fitness Directors, and Activities/Recreation Directors- what a mix up! I come from an Accounting/Finance recruiting background and was stunned at the amount of business in this world!
