Hello All,

I work on the other end of the recruiting spectrum from many of you for a company called MBA Focus, but am just as curious about the things you all discuss.

I am wondering if recruiters and hiring managers who work with on-campus recruiting of students and interns are often the same people, or at least in the same office, as those who recruit experienced hire candidates?

We have established ourselves as a company extremely well with many of the major global corporations who hire full-time MBA students, but need to expand ourselves into the alumni and experienced-hire realm.
