I Need Help Marketing An Excellent Senior H.R. Executive

I really need some Help. A good friend of mine is an H.R. V.P. level executive who recent lost her job because of downsizing. She's extremely good and has an strong track record of success.

I'm an I.T. recruiter but I'd really like to help her. Are there any H.R. or executive recruiters that have openings? She's willing to relocate to any part of the U.S. She currently lives in Orange County California.

Hello Mark:
If your friend is willing to relocate to State of NY (Woodbury) and qualifies for the following job requirements, ask her to send resume at quadir@qlasgotech.com. Ask her to mention your name and recruiting blogs.
The employer had interviewed few candidates for this job but kept still open. It does not hurt to submit your friends resume. Commission is very small but I will be glad to split with you if she gets the job and as per the employer's terms.

Human Resources Director/ Manager - Salary up to $95k + bonus
eligible

Candidates must have 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience.
Responsibilities include providing human resources expertise and consultation to both executives and employees; overseeing development, implementation and oversight of HR policies, programs and services; managing, recruiting, benefits, employee relations, training and development; building alliances and relationships with the management team and helping to improve oganizational performance.

BA/BS college degree required along with insurance agency, broker, or insurance carrier experience

Ideal candidate will meet all the criteria above plus have the ability to function in a fast paced enviornemnt and effectively manage several tasks as well.

Candidate must have great people skills and the ability to "sell" an applicant on a job opportunity or offer. Insurance background is a key.
