can you help me with some questions regards to EAD. You see I got a sponsor hospital in Ca. And my I-140 is in process I heard that June 30 2008 they open up EAD visa if I am not mistaken. How come my employer dont tell me that EAD is open right now though I am here in US with a tourist B1/B2 visa.? and the fact that they told me that I should wait for EAD visa on march 08 before i went here in US while I was at my country, if they would release it beforehand so i can work already. What should I do? Can you please help me.. Thanks and more power
