I am really happy to announce the first RecruitFest! Sept 19th and part of the next day In Toronto.

For a long time now, I have always wanted to put on a conference. First with Recruiting.com and that never materialized but this time round with RecruitingBlogs.com it's a go.

I have been to lots of conferences and the plan is to take the best parts and put it all together with a number of additional things I think will make it a little different.

There are a limited amount of tickets available so if you are interested, please register sooner rather than later.

RecruitFest! will be more like an unconference. This means that there will be track/discussion leaders but really, they are only there to frame the discussions and lead the groups while everyone participates in the discussions.
