Responsibilities for this position include: • Participation on Project Team as high performing Recruiting resource • Interaction with Kenexa On-Site Staffing Consultants, client Hiring Managers, and project team leadership • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and profiling candidates for various positions. • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including response management, database mining, diversity channels, cold calling and networking. • Manage daily production through Kenexa’s applicant tracking system according to Project’s Standard Operating Procedures • Responsible for obtaining thorough knowledge regarding client, industry, and candidate pool in order to effectively sell opportunities to applicants • Meet weekly production goals as set by Project Director regarding, candidate submittals, interviews, offers, and hires • Participate in Kenexa recruiter training on a weekly basis Requirements: • 3+ years of experience preferably in aerospace disciplines, including but not limited to, Engineering, ERP Systems/SAP, Finance, and Information Technology • Ability to understand, analyze and assess complex job requirements in a client organization with a heavy focus on Aerospace Engineering • Ability to work in a process and metrics driven recruiting organization • Strong written and oral communications skills

I am currently working as an independent recruiter conducting nationwide searches for two aviation companies. I have filled the following positions in the past 7 weeks: Financial Controller (LA), Sales Manager (Chicago) and Area Sales Manager (San Francisco). Prior to my independent gig, I was the Corporate Employment Administrator for Menzies Aviation, until being laid off on June 13th.
