Need Experienced Recruiter for Small Firm

Looking for an experienced recruiter to continue to build a staffing services company within a specific industry. Location is Hampton Roads, VA. Have all contacts, target accounts, experience in industry, training program etc. Need someone with Recruiting experience that can go out and prospect potential clients, build relationship with current clients and help grow business. Base plus commission.

I do have over total 10 Years of IT Recruitment Experience which includes 8 + years of US Experience and i am a GreenCard Holder.

I am very much interested in this position and would like to know more about the position and compensation. Also would like to know whether i can work remotely for this position. Since i am located in Pittsburgh, PA. I do have a family and a own house.

Unfortunately, relocation is not an option for us as we are a small business. It is also important that this person knows the area pretty well.
