My role changed a few months ago from full life cycle recruiting to lead generation only. My strengths are building relationships with hiring managers and establishing rapport with candidates. With that being said, I am looking to get back into a role where I can have more of an impact that provides more variety and challenge. I have taken sourcing training from Shally Steckerl and have 5+ years experience in the financial services, energy and high tech industries. I am open to permanent, contract, part time or working virtually. Anyone know of any opportunities?
