WorldLink, Inc is seeking 2-3 entry level recruiters to run a full desk (from sourcing to phone screening to client liaison). At this time we are only looking for candidates already residing in the Dallas area.
This is a full time, in-office opportunity offering full benefits from the start date.
Experience: 0-2 years in recruiting role or similar Education: Bachelor's Preferred Ideal Candidate: Self motivated individual who can hit the ground running and is able to adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis.
-Must have ability to interact with clients on a mature, professional level.
-Must NOT be afraid to use the phone
-Must be able to utilize all tools/training provided without being micro-managed
