Looking for the Global Head of University Recruiting in MX

Hi Folks!

I'm currently looking for the Head of Global University Recruiting in MX for the #1 provider of equity, fixed income, and hedge fund indices in the world. Can somebody help me out? Where should I go to network with Recruiters or HR people in Mexico?
