Hello Everyone...

I'm new to this site and recruiting as well! I would like to start my own business as a I.T. Technical Recruiter, and would like any information that obtain to assist me in getting started. I've been working in IT for over 10 years, and I can definitely use my knowledge in technology to recruit quality IT professional for companies. I've read numerous books and reviewed many sites, but this site is truly wonderful. I would be grateful for any information that could be provided to me.

In addition, I would like to know more about the "researchers" positions. I believe that I could assist some recruiters with this.
