We are looking for a sales representative with experience selling complex, technical products. This position is in our HQ with a group of "hunters", and works closely with the field to develop opportunities. This is a relationship selling position where the representative will remain in close communication with multiple contacts at a customer organization throughout the account lifecycle.
This consultative selling methodology will require the representative to:
Hunt new prospects including cold calling
Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts
Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying potential solutions
Manage customer calls, web presentation and product demos using methodologies directed by management
Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, future product direction and overall solutions
Build the sales pipeline for the territory
Aggressive hunter mentality
At least 2-3 years of Technology sales experience w/ a proven history of quota success as a “top producer” in B2B solutions
Ability to identify, penetrate and acquire new business in the mid-market segment
Sophistication to present an enterprise value proposition
High comfort level in consultative selling and sales closing
Team player attitude and efforts Experience and contacts within Fortune 500 preferred.
Highly organized pipeline management in order to develop and maintain sales activity
High level of skill in account management and time management
Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills along w/ strong presentation and sales skills
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
