Looking for a Job in HR Field

Hi Everybody,

This is Razia working as a IT Recruiter in a staffing firm. I have 1.5yrs exp in IT Recruiting. Now i am looking for a job change to get into a good organization.
Could anybody can help me. If any one knew about any openings in a Organization, where i can prove myself.
