Hi Jeff,

I've seen the product in its early stages and its by far the most extensive and progressive tool that I've seen so far. It's more than an ATS... it has evolved into a powerful CRM product. From my personal experience using Taleo, Icims, Cats (All good products) Avature CRM UI is smooth, easy to comprehend and highly effective recruiting tool.

My hats off to Dimitri Boylan and his team for raising the bar on new ATS technologies.
