I have been working to build my Linked In network and use the resource a lot more and have been happy with what I am seeing. At this point I still only have the free service so when I find a candidate I will either pick up the phone and give them a call or send them an e-mail at work, either is possible by knowing their name and current employer.

I know a lot of recruiters on this site use LinkedIn and I wanted to see their thoughts on upgrading my account and if so, are there options to chose from?
