My comments to your questions:

1. I work with innovative companies and entrepreneurs
- how to get new products and services to the market
- the challenge is how to launch disruptive innovations on the global market
- innovations start-ups are not always optimally financed for proper launch

2. Internet Web 2.0 services and Social Media have a central role
- Blogs, microblogs, Ning, Facebook, Twitter, Jaiku, IM, Skype, UCC

3. Web based sourcing is essential
- Finland is a small country and its the most economical way to reach out
- To find people and build networks
- Virtual organizations

4. My motivation is not so much to play but to turn actions to real cash flow
- There is always a learning curve and the beginning of a journey is play
- Cash flow is a necessity for business

thanks Helge and thanks to everyone who emailed in responses! we're still looking for a several more responses, specifically from virtual sourcers who do a lot of web based work.

also, to clarify...

in #2 we're curious about which web based sources you use where you get job requirements that you will then try to fill (like bountyjobs and dayak)

in #3 we're curious about actual sourcing contests (like the sourcecon and AIRS recruiting challenges)
thanks again for the feedback. a few more responses would be super helpful. also if you haven't participated in sourcing challenges, please note why you haven't...
