I was laid off of work in August and am seeking a corporate recruiting position. I worked from home in TX as a Senior Recruiter for 2 manufacturing facilities located in Gardena, CA and Arkadelphia Arkansas. They are a Tier 2 supplier to the aerospace and defense industry. I filled all types of positions, including Engineers, hourly employees, IT, HR, Program Managers, Planners, etc. In addition, I developed the 2008 Recruiting Business Plan for our company after researching the industry's top recruiting resources and developed strategies to secure top talent for our company in a cost effective manner. In addition to my previous company, I also have worked at a search firm and with Citi, filling a wide range of positions from hourly to mid and upper level positions.
