I have being doing some research on many different ATS systems and narrowed it down to SendOuts or Bullhorn. I like both systems for different reasons but can't seem to figure out which one to go with.

Does anyone have any advice on which is better? Or is there anotehr ATS that I should be looking at? I want something that tracks all email coorespondance and more.

I've demo'ed both and definitely prefer BullHorn to Sendouts. I don't believe Sendouts has a dashboard, does it?

Other's you may want to check out are MaxHire which is outstanding, as well as SmartSearch, WinSearch, and Taleo Business Edition have received decent to good reviews.

If you're looking for something more innovative, I really like BrightMove. They have a very cool tagging feature as well as some impressive conceptual search pieces added into the ATS. They're a little limited in total functionality and, right now, are more of a front-end solution, but they are one of the companies that really "get it" and they are improving their features all the time.
Thanks for the information Jeff, it has been a long road to making a decision on which way to go. I think at some point I just have to pull the trigger and get into one of them. Bullhorn seems to be the one that I am leaning towards right now. I looked at MaxHire and Taleo and thought they were ok. I will check out the others just to do a comparison and then make a decision.
