As i mentioned in my site, I'm an Online Marketer currently working on a project that involves sourcing, recruiting via direct response tactics..We are using job sites such as HotJobs, Careerbuilders and free job posting in our target geo.... With this type of media we have been able to obtain a descent amount of response any were between 5-10 possible candidates....We are wanting to increase that to about 15-20 per day... Does any one have any tips on how we could accomplish that?

Not sure if you are allowed to use passive techniques or not but even if you can't are you using other networking sites to allow your network to assist you? Sites like LinkedIn, FaceBook, Twitter? Beyond that, you can begin doing phone sourcing (a la Maureen Sharib) or researching (I know AmyBeth Hale has some great tips on that). I thought I saw on your profile that this was for the insurance industry? If your industry requires certifications I believe that Broadlook's Diver could help as well.
