IHOP/TSA Recruiting Project – Aon Consulting

In partnership with Lockheed Martin, Aon Consulting will be providing enterprise human capital services to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Positions will be in the areas of recruitment strategy, planning and execution, assessment and selection design, implementation and program management, change management and strategic communications.

Candidates with federal experience are highly preferred. Opportunities will be based in the Metro DC area (Northern VA). Positions will be subject to security clearance attainment. Specific opportunities in the recruitment strategy team for this project include mid-level recruiters with 4-8 years of experience in a recruiting capacity. Below are specific qualifications for this role. This is a FT role based in Vienna, VA to support the East, West and Central US regions with strategic recruiting initiatives for TSA staffing. • Strong sourcing ability, prefer national experience
• Strong communications/working in a team environment
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and working in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Salary ranges between mid $70ks-low $80k + bonus based on performance
