I am leading a team here and we have been recruiting like crazy (telecom /ISP) since I came on board 18 months ago. We've grown the sales organization from 124 to now 225 but headcount goal is 250. Of course, along the way, we lost people but my team can't find candidates fast enough.
We are doing the traditional open house, job fairs (professional /college), networking, sourcing etc. But is really just the market?
