Looking for Regional Sales Manager

I am looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the Northwest Region & I am having trouble finding candidates with computer software sales experience. I've posted the position on Craigslist, Hotsalesjobs.com and I have not received any resumes. Unfortunately, I don't have the budget to use an external agency. Any suggestions or ideas on job boards etc would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
