Experienced Recruiting Manager or Team Leader needed to build, and manage our Recruiting Center of Excellence in downtown Cleveland, OH.
The PRO (Professional Recruitment Outsourcing) division of CDI Corporation is looking for the right combination of experience, drive, and vision in one person who will build and lead a team of best-in-class recruiters who are focused on sourcing the best. Our organization is a leading provider of Talent Management solutions to some of the most prestigious companies in the world.
The RCOE will provide recruiting support to all clients in our Talent Management Division which includes both permanent and contract candidates. This is a tremendous opportunity to help us build the RCOE and fine tune the services it will provide to internal clients.
Responsibilities as a RCOE Recruiting Team Leader:
This position will entail hiring, training and mentoring a team of recruiters to respond to the requisitions provided by our internal clients. This is a new center, a new team and a new approach for CDI. You will have a significant role in defining the team and how it works, then adjusting the services as needed moving forward. You will be designing and delivering the best-in-class sourcing/recruiting strategies that align to client needs in a high-volume, high-placement environment. This will include developing and managing critical metrics that will ensure the success of this team and the overall program. You will be responsible for managing the team’s daily recruitment activities including candidate submittals and sourcing methods. You will be responsible for building client relationships and allocating their requisitions appropriately to your team. You will also be working extensively with internal clients to determine appropriate service offerings, as well as guiding your team to achieve and surpass their goals. This position requires a solid knowledge of a variety of sourcing techniques and the ability to mentor entry level and less experienced sourcing recruiters. This position requires someone that is hands-on, organized, and very process-oriented, but also has a high level of energy and an upbeat personality.
Required Skills:
2-3 years Management or Supervision in the Recruiting Industry
Prefer recruiting/recruiting management experience in the following industries: Aerospace, Engineering, Billable Technical Services, Software or Sales.
4-5 years recruiting experience (of non–exempt candidates preferred)
Experience working in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Bachelor's Degree in comparable field preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
