I'm not sure how everyone feels about MBA recruiting, but if you are in that space there is a new website called MBAinteract (http://www.mbainteract.com). Its free for corporate recruiters and MBA students/alumni from some top schools. The best feature seems to be the matching. They ask students and alumni which companies they want to work for and then match with those recruiters by creating automatic lists. There are also visual surveys which match users by Work/Life Balance and Professional Personality.

The site seems like a combination of Linkedin and eHarmony......Some eHarmony and Facebook people seem to be involved..... and there is an article on Cheesehead that mentions they are going to expand out to the larger recruiting market.
