What do you think of the new job board for the Washington DC metro area Job market?

I am just curious what anyone thinks of the new kid on the block - DCJobMarket.com. It is a niche job board for the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia metro area job market. I like the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) look of the site.

With the competitions from the likes of Washington Post, DCJobs etc, what do you think is the potential for this new job site?
