Hi there,

What ATS systems would you recommend? We would like to keep it on our Company server and to be user friendly (without much key punching). We want to store resumes there, our notes re candidates, and if possible, to keep track of our correspondence with them. Any ideas?

Thanks a lot and have productive rest of the week

Maxhire has one of the most busy interfaces out there. In terms of usability and GUI, it is a horrible ATS. The CRM side of things isn't great either. I also know that they had issues searching for "C#" due to the # symbol. Not a great tool....not to mention it is client/server so you need to install the client application.

Check out Maxhire. They have a great ATS that you host on your server.
Hiredesk is excellent. I launched it at my last company (th 6th ATS that I've launched since the inception of the internet) and it was cost effective, intuitive, has a lovely dashboard and it's literally off the shelf with no real reason to customize it. They also were more than willing to negotiate pricing in order for me to take them on. My recruieters loved it. And a lot of them at the time had never used an ATS. It's worth checking out a demo. Their demo people were very good if I recall.

Good luck!
