Most managers and employers really dislike this website but it isn't around to annoy the management. A catchy name for a website allows young people, especially school and college students to feel as though the website was created for Gen Y. Which it was. The website has a list of casual jobs for students and also a place to vent your spleen. The employers who choose to advertise with us (which is free) do it because they are then putting themselves forward as a good boss, and so far we have had a really positive response. I think there is a definite need for a larger casual job market and I encourage employers from all over the world to place your job advertisment with at this website for free and join it as a good boss and as a sign of good will.
