I am taking any and ALL suggestions on how to source/find candidates for a Web Developer opening in our corporate office in our Alexandria, VA office. I just started with the company in October of last year and this position opened in January of '07! There is another recruiter who has been assigned this opening but I've been designated as the "sourcing guru" for the department. I've been building my skills since October, but I'm still very new to the sourcing aspect of recruiting. Mind you, I LOVE it, I just need to learn more!

I've attached the job description as well, if anyone wants to take a looky-loo at it. I think part of the problem is that we are a small company and cannot compete, salary-wise with the government jobs and larger companies in that particular area. But I also think I need to build my skills at the "deep dive" stuff with sourcing so I can find more quality (and maybe more passive) candidates.

Another huge thing, we are not offering relo, nor can this job be home-based.

Any advice will be much appreciated, thanks!
