Quant Analyst

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find Quant Analyst for the Philadelphia and New York City areas?

I'm looking for a Quant Analyst that has more of an investment management background.

Bear Stearns Companies Inc.
HSBC USA Inc.
Deutsche

Just to name a few.
Any of the investment houses, really.
Go to Hoovers and "build a list"!
