Research

I'm the sales recruiting lead for all North American Sales with Endeca. Our revenues were at 108 million last year after product release in 2001. We saved the company over 150k in recruiting fees last quarter. We have implemented a vertically aligned sales team with 5 core markets. What companies can anyone suggest to help with research, even if it is oversees. Any suggestions, as we are now looking for smaller pool candidates.

Hi Scott,

I will look into any resources I have for you. I would like to know how you were able to save all the money in agency fees. My problem is timing. Agencies overload me with resumes and I don't have enough time to do my own recruiting. Any suggestions? I'm not happy with the amount of money going towards the fees; although it has reduced, its not by much.
