Sherlock Technology Staffing is seeking friendly, outgoing, dynamic individuals to join our sales & recruiting team. As an Account Developer, you will be responsible for developing and servicing companies who are hiring staff into their I.T. departments. You will pursue these prospective clients through leads generated in our existing list of contacts, company sponsored events, advertising resources, the internet and through personal contacts made through Purpose Driven Networking.

You will personally meet with clients and be responsible for developing business within an assigned area as well as using the phone as part of your prospecting technique. You will assess their technical needs, recommend and provide technical staffing solutions.

We are well known & respected in the IT market and can offer the assistance of multiple recruiting offices to prescreen candidates for you.

We welcome recent college graduates with an interest in technology and sales as well as a desire to succeed. Any previous professional experience with outbound sales is a big plus.

To be successful in this position, you will need:
o Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and polish.
o An entrepreneurial mind-set as there is no cap on commissions-the more you close the more you will make.
o A head for business development, a sense of urgency, a competitive instinct, and a strong desire to do what it takes to make it happen.
o To participate in Technical Organizations & Attend Networking Events.
