I'm looking for peeps with extensive Property & Casualty Insurance industry exeperince, specifically a QA manager ( speak up please if you have one in your back pocket). I've rarely seen a client so focused on their industry as opposed to the functional skill. Has anyone else run into this ? Either way I'll still need to find what the client wants to close the deal ( tried a couple great people with other insurance but no go ). So if there are any specific insurance industry groups or sites that might help me find a QA Manager from Aetna, The Harford, State Farm, etc that wants a warm sunny perm job in Florida please share the tip.
