Advice from the Pro from Dovers about incorporation and insurance

Hi Folks
What a great group. As a start-up,  I hoped to get an opinion from the experienced folks about the need
to immediately incorporate. If so, S Corp vs. C Corp. Is insurance necessary if you do or don't incorporate?  E & O for example. I would be a one man show. Does the advice change if you are recruiting permanent physicians?
