Job Description

Located in our prestigious Central London offices and reporting directly in to an experienced team manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for, but not restricted to, the following tasks:

• Generating new business as well as managing existing relationships
• Managing start to finish recruitment processes for clients
• Generating candidates and helping them find their next career step
• Negotiating fees and candidate salaries upon completion of the recruitment cycle
• Organising and attending client and candidate meetings

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for goal-oriented individuals with a passion to succeed and a determination to complete sales successfully. A desire to develop a successful career which could see you reaching management levels in a short amount of time would be a definite advantage.
