We are currently looking for 9 outside Regional Advertising Executives throughout the nation who are from the multi-housing and apartment industry niche. They will be selling online advertising to individual property owners, as well and management companies.

They have been extremely difficult to find since it's such a small niche. Does anyone have any advice as to where to post, network, or target?? I have tried all the typical boards...Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.

Example of some competitors are: Apartment Guide, Apartment Magazine, ForRent.com, MyNewPlace.com, etc.
