Account Executive - Services, Staff Augmentation
This Account Executive would be responsible for selling our services into commercial accounts in the US (DC metro specifically). We target commercial Technology Clients, Fortune 100 and mid-market companies across all industries by means of prospecting and identifying new clients and working with the sales teams of our partners. Your ability to sell project and staff augmentation services, solutions, pursuing and/or closing business and developing relationships with C-Level executive management is a requirement.
In this role you will be focused on targeted account penetration at the highest level within the assigned territory. In addition to new account penetration you will be responsible for the management of pre-existing accounts. Past experience in selling technical recruiting services into the local market is a requirement. This job will span the full range of activities from prospecting, selling, closing, relationship management and account management.
An individual with 5-10+ years of documented, successful sales experience within the industry in the Mid Atlantic US with a solid understanding of all of the challenges facing local, national and international firms with the assigned territory.
Experience in positioning, managing and selling to high-end regional customers.
Demonstrate a consultative sales approach with experience in constructing and delivering account specific sales plans.
Have a strong track record in maintaining significant customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Exhibit a high degree of professionalism.
Presentation skills and the ability to present to mid/large audiences.
Strong sales track record of consistently exceeding objectives.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment is essential.
Employment of ethical business practices required.
Microsoft Office Programs.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Salary and Benefits Compensation & Benefits: A lucrative base salary and commission structure will reward the most determined, disciplined and focused contributors. Base salary range is between $75,000 to $85,000 with a commission structure that will add $120,000+.
