I was hoping to solicit some advice on the age old "Best ATS" question.  We are currently using Maxhire and I am looking to initiate the reevaluation of ATS systems for 2012 to ensure we have the best tool for our needs.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a highly effiicient ATS for a "Mid-Size" Technical Staffing Agency Solution.  I am specifically looking for companies that have included:

• VMS Integration
• Google Apps Integration - Especially Real Time Collaboration
• Candidate Texting
• Streamlined Integrated Resume Sourcing
• High degrees of flexibility around Workflow, Reporting, Analytics and User Defined Fields.

These are just a few a few of our needs of course.
