We are investigating adding a Virtual Recruiter to our team. We are a recruiting/staffing "agency" . Small company.
This recruiter would be able to work from any where. We would provide the tools (laptop, phone, recruiting sources).

This recruiter would be someone who has some experience as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter - from sourcing to submittal and follow up.
The recruiter would receive a base salary and paid time off, be paid as a W2 or C2C and would receive commission based on placements that include direct hire and hourly staffing. The focus of this firm is IT Professional positions.
What have you all seen out there for a realistic base pay and commission?
