How does this work? You link your LI account and then you can receive peer powered salary predictions on how much they think your salary is??

Hi Kurt! Yes, that's correct. When you first join, you receive a salary prediction right away from our bot based on similar profiles in Salary Fairy and our prediction data. You also receive a personalized recommendation for skills to acquire for a higher potential salary.

Then you can predict peers' salaries and receive predictions from them. Through our FairPay program we connect users with employers/recruiters who agree to offer them at least the crowd-predicted salary.
