I am a Recruiting Director for a national Physical Therapy provider. We are currently searching for an ATS system that best suits our industry, but with so many options, I figured I would turn to peers in the field!
I am interested in the best systems for sourcing candidates. The PT space is very competitive and good therapists are hard to come by, so a software system that would give us more exposure and provide more sourcing options is best.
Anyone have any recommendations, and if so, what do you like, dislike about it?
