Who is considered to be the best attorney for collections and disputes in Executive Search and Recruiting law? I am asking for opinions of people other than Jeff Allan, who is not anyone I am interested in working with, but who has published some excellent books on the subject of recruiting law. Also, Wilson Cole, is (I know) excellent at collections in the recruiting industry, but I am looking for someone with wider knowledge of issues in employment law and issues like age discrimination, unfair trade practices, etc. Someone in California would be great to know about, but I am open to anyone in the USA who can potentially represent me and my company.
Law is so specialized, and even after having spent several years placing attorneys and interviewing thousands of attorneys myself, I would still like to find out about people who really specialize in law related to Recruiting and Employment. Please feel free to share any suggestions.
Thank you.
