I've been reading the open letter to bountyjobs (pretty interesting info) and wanted to find out who is using BJ and what your experience has been.

In truth, I haven't recommending it to my clients as I'm still waiting to experience the entire cycle - place and get paid. My hesitation is that it appears to work for organizations that don't want to build relationships with their consultants. There is no consulting happening only CV sharing really. In some cases, employers have 30 recruiters working on a mandate at the same time!

Let me know what your experience has been - I'm interested in gaining additional perspective especially in light of the fact that one of my biggest clients has signed on with them in the U.S.
