Business Segment Manager - Energy Services - Atlanta, GA

Energy Services Company seeking a Business Segment Manager to develop new strategies while driving product and service development. You will be focused on creating
customer responsive programs that will ultimately increase client
credibility. You will play a critical part in setting the direction for a new business initiative
right from cradle to grave.

While working closely with support teams and evaluating customers current and future needs, you will be responsible for providing solutions for maximum total plant performance
that will demonstrate a critical return on their investment. You will
analyze and troubleshoot and bring resolution to gaps in current
products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining a high
level of customer satisfaction though in depth knowledge of client
organization.

Required Education, Skills and Experience to be considered for this position:

Bachelors Degree

5+ years of experience in competitive Analysis

5+ years of experience in engineering project management or leadership role

Additional Skills Education and Experience that will give your resume priority consideration:

Master's degree from an accredited institution

Ability to interact at all levels in the customer's organization

Strong cross-functional leadership experience

Ability to work in a matrixed environment

Ability to drive change and make critical decisions

Experience in global leadership

Ability to drive process improvements and solve complex problems

Ability to identify and prioritize segment needs and develop solution strategies

Manage cross-functional work assignments within various company businesses and implement best practices at customer sites

Located in Atlanta, GA.
