I am hoping for opinions and advice on suitable insurance for Canadian staffing firms. I run a small recruitment agency that specializing in the packaging industry. I have a few candidates out on contract but primarily 90% of my business is contingency work. With the exception of my clients who have contractors out through us I have only been asked for Workers Comp Insurance which I have. I also have a 1 million dollar Errors and Ommissions policy. We rent space and I have 3 independent contractors who work recruit for me using my database and rented office space. The building has 1million$ liability insurance and an umbrella policy. I am going through an insurance review with my Broker but would like some unbiased recruitment business owners advice and or policies they hold to protect themselves. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.
